Do you have stores? Can I visit you to see the jewellery?
We have store in Surat, Gujarat and New Delhi where customers can come and experience our exclusive designs for real. The store is basic and the cost saved there is passed on as price benefit to our customers.

Where is your jewellery made?
Most of our Jewellery is made in India except a few pieces, which are imported from Hong Kong which are again certified.
 
Do you offer any additional discounts?
No, we do not offer any additional discounts as the rates of the products fixed are comparatively lower than other companies as we do not include any      
costs such as rent, inventory costs, etc. Also, since we are the manufacturer, there are no costs of middlemen.

I can't find the piece I wanted on the site anymore. Can I still order it?
Yes, you can note down the name and the code number of that product and contact us to order the product.

How much does it cost me to have a Shailja’s Diamond Jewellery product delivered to my home?
Shailja’s  Diamond Jewelleryprovides free shipping on purchase of any product.

How safe is my product?
Your jewellery is fully insured till it reaches your doorstep.

Can I change my shipping address after I have place an order?
Until your order is ready to be shipped, you can change the shipping address. Please contact our Customer service team at +91 9825062070 for  
assistance. For orders that are dispatched, we will be able to reship it to your new address as soon as the consignment is returned back to us.

How do I return the product to Shailja’s Diamond Jewellery?
Contact our customer service team at +91 9825062070. Fix an appointment wherein the delivery boy would come at your doorstep, give you a package, you can pack the product and hand it over to the delivery boy. As soon as your returned item is received by Shailja’s Diamond Jewellery, your refund or new item will be processed.


Can I commission a custom design?
Please call our Customer service team and they will be able to help you. You can customize the gold carat and the diamond color-clarity combination online as per your choice.

Can I get the jewellery in a different gemstone or metal not offered on Shailja’s Diamond Jewellery?
Yes, you can. Call our Customer service team and they will help you with the best possible choices.

Do pendants come with the chain?
No, pendants do not come along with the chain. To purchase a chain, you can browse the collection of chains.

Can I order a ring in a size that isn't offered on the site?
Yes, you can, but that order of yours will be considered as “Special Order”, wherein you cannot return the product to avail the Buy-Back facility.

What will my packing be like?
Your jewellery will arrive in exclusive Shailja’s Diamond Jewellery gift boxes.

Is my jewellery authentic and certified?
All jewellery bought from Shailja’s Diamond Jewellery is certified and shall be provided with the company’s own certificate. All our Gold is BIS certified and all the diamonds used in the product are IGI certified.

I lost my jewellery certificate, can I get a duplicate?
Yes we can arrange a duplicate certificate for which you will have to send your jewelryfor recertification. The price of the product would vary from product to product.
 
Can I re-size my Ring?
In case your ring does not fit well, we will be happy to replace it with a new ring in the new size. However, shipping and insurance charges will be applicable.
If you require a bigger ring, we will only charge you the additional price of the new ring, as listed on our website. For a smaller ring, we will be happy to refund you the additional amount paid by you while placing the initial order. This service is offered for lifetime.

Are there any hidden costs?

There are no hidden costs or additional shipping charges. The total price mentioned on the product page next to the photograph is the final price. What you see is what you pay. 

Are prices on Shailja’s Diamond Jewellery website subject to change?

Prices on Shailja’s Diamond Jewellery website are subject to change without notice. Please expect to be charged the price for the Shailja’s Diamond Jewellery merchandise you buy as it is listed on the day of purchase.

How long will it take to get refunds, if any?

The refunded amount will be directly credited to your bank account after we receive and get your jewellery checked in the laboratory. Please mail or call our customer service team with your bank account and IFSC code which can be found printed on your cheque book.

 

After Purchase Questions

 

Do you match prices if an item I purchased goes down in price later?

All sales prices are final and Shailja’s Diamond Jewellery does not price match. All our pricing is calculated using current precious metal and gem prices to give you the best possible value. These prices do change from time to time and our prices do too.

What if there is a problem with my purchase?

If there are any problems with the quality of the workmanship of your piece we'll repair it free of charge and pay for the shipping too. If you damage a piece, we'll repair it for you for a very reasonable fee which would include shipping and insurance charges.

What we do to make sure that you don’t receive a damaged product?

Before delivering the product, we click a photograph of the product with and without packed inside the jewelry box, so that if there is any complain, we have reference images of the product to be delivered.

Can I take a ring to my local jeweller to have it resized?

Of course, but we don't recommend it. We can't accept returns of items that have been modified by someone else. We shall not accept or take back the product if any modifications are made in the product by anyone except Shailja’s Diamond Jewellery Company.

Will I have to pay for shipping the product back to you?

You shall be charged with 2% of product’s invoice value.

Transit Insurance

All goods will be fully insured by Shailja’s Diamond Jewelleryuntil they reach you, so your purchase is 100% safe.
